My Habit Story
This planner was born from my own journey to a healthier, stronger, more vibrant life. In 2025, I committed to small, consistent habits that added up to big change. By the end of the year, I had lost 70 pounds, built real strength, and created routines that will carry me into a longer, healthier life. What started as checkboxes in a binder became the system that changed everything for me, and now it’s here to help you do the same.
